We recently bought some furniture from the Durban Branch of Micasa and cannot say enough about our experience. From the time we walked in the shop we were greeted and welcomed. Absolutely poor service. Was promised by Ahmed to view the item advertised on Friday. Went into store , item was not assembled to view. This was already my 2nd time going to their store. He then promised to assemble and bring items to my home to view on the saturday. All day had passed and no response when I contacted. Communicate on sunday he promises to assemble and bring the item and fails to do so. Calls me at 6pm for me to now view the item when it is dark.
