Absolutely Terrible Store
Firstly their Landline doesn't work
Secondly the Shop assistants there are terrible in Service aswell as in their conduct and behavior
Went there on Saturday to purchase. Punjabis
When I got home I discovered that they had package the Wrong Garment for me
They seemed like they had problem in package and attend to customer
After doing the incorrect order and demanding for a slip the main Shop assistants refused to rectify the situation which was caused by her and the other shop assistant

I visited Rosewood boutique Chatsworth today. What a pleasant shopping experience!
The two sales agents were absolutely wonderful. They assisted me in purchasing two beautiful outfits for a wedding which I left till last minute.
They were friendly and so very helpful. I left the store thoroughly pleased with my purchases. Those 2 ladies are absolute gems!
Will definitely recommend this branch and visit again.

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of shoes from Rosewood Boutique. Last weekend I purchased a pair of sandals to wear to a wedding in JHB. As I put them on and walked just a few steps outside the hotel room, the entire top of one sandal came apart, and shortly after, the second one broke too. My husband had to buy glue from Checkers so I could manage for the function. It’s not about the money, but the fact that the shoes didn’t even last five minutes before breaking. I really love Rosewood’s clothing, but I feel it’s important for ladies to be aware of the shoe quality, I can’t imagine this happening to…
