Arrived as scheduled and even texted ahead to say traffic was heavy. Unblocked the drain pipe and cleaned up the waste water on the floor and in the cupboard. Courteous, polite, and very professional. Great experience, credit to the guys.

Really good experience. The Plumber literally saved the day, arrived on time and sorted a leaking washing-machine hose. Work was done with precision, communication was clear, and the area around the machine was cleaned before leaving. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommend.

Rapid Response Plumber Durban was able to come out the same afternoon to clear my blocked kitchen sink and replace the faulty plumbing. The plumber provided quick and friendly service and was able to come back the following day to fix some other bathroom plumbing issues as well.
