No clarity on their Durban central address and directions, cant book a ticket because the site address doesn't exist. I wanted to register a trademark, waited for an hour to see a consultant because no one was available to assist, I was the only one in line. When the woman, in her 40's finally arrived, she told me I should do it online, I told her that I was battling to do so, hence my visit. I asked her to assist me with the registration and she told me that she was on her way out again. Pathetic that you have such people in comfortable positions who are not willing to help the general public, especially young people that are unemployed, striving to make something out of nothing whilst they live their cocktail lives.
