Jacques is very professional like the proverbial old days gentlemans agreement type of business which is rare nowadays. He is clear about when he can attend to your laptop, time it will take to repair, diagnosis is accurate, costs are very competitive. Jacques delivers on time. He is my go to person now for my computer needs.
Excellent service. Took my laptop in for a hinge repair. Jake was very fair in his pricing and quick to fix my laptop. He was also extremely pleasant to interact with. I would definitely recommend his service to others.
Absolutely brilliant beyond words. Mr Jacques went above and beyond. He replied to me after hours, next morning I dropped off my laptop and recieved it 4 hours later. Considering I work remotely and rely on my machine, I was stressed. He was efficient and understanding. He gave me full feedback on works done and he was reasonable. He fixed my issue as opposed to replacing the part. Costs of these are always overwhelming! Please support him!
