Was charged R72 for cheese rolls… always check your slips when going here… staff are rude and horrible too for zero reason. Lots of stale stuff especially behind the glass

Staff are rude and arrogant. Lack customer relational skills and don't seem to value customer feedback. Bought 3 snowballs and found that there were stale. Returned it next day, and instead of acknowledging the problem and apologising, they were adamant that they have never had complaints before. Don't take critical feedback very well. Staff don't seem interested at all. I wouldn't recommend supporting this establishment. Your hard earned money and support will be valued elsewhere.

Worst service and cake ever. The eggless which my husband purchased today was stale and crumby. He was told they made a fresh cake and it tastes like a day old. And mind you they made him wait for it. It wasn't even smelling fresh. When I called in to complain the manager Nadine (who is clearly unqualified) told me she will call me back which she didn't. I called back only for her to tell me that's it's my husband's own thing that he chose to buy that cake. They don't deserve to service a community especially with distasteful goodies. Clearly never recommending them to anyone.poor poor service
