Went there today to fill fuel... sometimes i have problems with my card... I told the bowzer boy let me pay first before filling he said go inside to pay. Went inside told the cashier(the black lady) that I wanna pay for fuel before filling she says me she's not going to do that and I must go widraw the money... I then came bk out and went to Ashtron to fill... ASHTRON IS A MUCH BETTER GARAGE AND LONG WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE...DO NOT FILL AT SHELL MOORTON WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE UNAPPRECIATED.

I have been trying to call the store to speak to the manager for days but to no avail. The bowser boy filled unleaded in my diesel van. It cost me and was such an inconvenience to me in this festive period. Despite it being written on the feul cap and the flap of my ranger DIESEL he still filled Petrol and I had to pay for it 😡 Irate isnt the word!!!
