We ordered a cake for a Birthday party, 3 days in advance. Was promised that the cake will be ready at 09h00 for the birthday party. At 09h30 we were promised to have the cake delivered at 10h45. However it was not delivered, rather we had to wait and could only pickup the brithday cake at 11h00. No apologies and no consideration that the function we had was now delayed for 2 hours. The cake was prepared very poorly, like a typical rushed job. More so the cake was made with the incorrect colour scheme and flavour. Hi I bought 2 fresh cream doughnuts it was fresh but the slice cake was so stale my kids could not eat it I tried calling them no answer very bad service

The store does not answer calls. Service is poor know respect for customers. I have trying to call since Friday to place a order the young boy at store told cashier to tell me to go he does not need my business. So sad to this happen the late owner had so much of respect I would never go back to buy from there again. The late owners mother even went on to tell me customer took advantage of her son now she runs the bakery.
