The Sales Agent initially booked the installation for 9 September. The installation team could not install on that day as the Sales person overlooked a plug point and control box that was too close to the frame. He failed to apologise for his error when taking measurements and insisted that the team proceed with installation.
Rescheduled the job but the crew arrived an hour late. The Sales Agent had no curtesy to check on the installation team and keep me updated. Really poor attitude and unprofessional staff.
On the other hand The installation team were really good.

I received great service and turn around time to manufacture my industrial roller shutter door. Tilley Doors have also done some repairs to my roller doors previously with excellent results.

They quoted for supply and installation of 2 garage doors. Once completed I had to get a builder in to repair the walls where they had hacked out the old doors, and (despite quoting for installation) the technician told me I needed to get an electrician to do the wiring installation for the motors.
When one motor stopped working I phoned them several times and left many messages - after over a week they came to see what the problem was and I was then told that neither they nor their supplier have spares.
Definitely do not use them - I would have given them a 0 star rating if that option was available
