Bought a roll of Hikvision Network Cable from Geekware. It arrived as a used open box that had only 271 meters left of the original 305 meters listed. I have been trying to get a rebate for the missing amount or a refund and then they tell me they will deduct 20% of the purchase price for me returning a used cable. STAY AWAY from unethical places like this.....
