The admin lady as well as optometrist were absolutely accommodating. From the moment the booking was made, all through the process, this was for my elderly grandmother and I would HIGHLY recommend that people visit this branch next. The care and professionalism is unmatched. Very impressed. I would love to rate 10 stars if I could 👌👏
The optometrist and admin are so friendly, if I could rate them higher for their outstanding service I would. Very friendly and helpful. Specsavers also allowed me to track the process of my glasses through a link that was provided through WhatsApp, so I was able to see the progress of my glasses until it reached the store for pick up. Highly recommend spec savers pick n Pay center. Wonderful, outstanding service
Thank you to the optom Bhavna, very patient, kind and informative. The Frontline staff Chantal was also very helpful and made the process very easy. They both did such a wonderful job. Keep up the good work ladies.
