Worst service received by Suraya Govender at the Dischem Wellness Center on Friday 16th January. Her attitude was pathetic and she spoke very abruptly. As an elderly person it’s very disappointing. Please learn how to respect your customers and learn manners. You’re not doing your customers a favour, you are in fact getting paid to render a service. Will not be visiting that branch again.

Shopping at the Dischem Chatsworth store was difficult today, the 12th of November. This morning the store was crowded due to new stock placement in the middle of the aisles. In particular the elderly customers who mostly frequent this store in the weekdays were having difficulty to move around safely with their trolleys. Also these trolleys are not clean. These customers depend on the trolleys for support while navigating the store and unclean equipment like this can make their shopping experience unsafe and unpleasant.
