Pathetic service to say the least, there's two ladies in the store that are extremely rude, didn't experience this at others branches. Sterns should investigate this as it is causing the reputation of the company to fall.

Pathetic service, you know they say don't judge a customer because the customer you judge is most likely to buy . The judgement from the staff there today, it was so noticeable, I wish I got the ladies name but unfortunately not . Whole shopping experience was pathetic. Would not recommend shopping at this branch at all !!

There is one staff member in particular that was extremely rude. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional in how she spoke to us like we're the reason she's in that position of employment. If you're that fed up with your job, leave.
