Identity Chatsworth

Identity at the chatsworth centre has really been an awesome store with the most amazing staff... I am shopping there for the past +-15 years and never had a problem . This on the 7th of February I was gifted an identity hand bag by my husband ... after 2weeks I decided to use the bag and noticed that the zip was broken and continued to use it cause I thought was.too late... so this week on the 1st of April I went to identity to make a payment. Mentioned the zip to the cashier and she immediately exchanged my bag for me😁great and friendly service always. The manager helped aswell. Thank you guys for the amazing s…

I was really unhappy with the service at this store. I was accompanying my sister to query a few things about her account so the consultant and even the manager wasn't friendly at all, just poor is the collective word. I like the clothes there I don't think I would even consider opening an account with them Try and work on this neh..

Great service. One of the best stores I've been to. Staff is always friendly and they always put customers 1st.
