I had a terrible experience twice at the Chatsworth Centre branch.The cashier's are very rude & arrogant.They were gossiping in isiZulu about customers not realizing that I understand isiZulu.No customer service.No signs to tell u which queue is for what.After joining a long que.When l got to the cashier.They told me that the que is for Cash customers & I was expected to join the card long que all over again.No manners or respect.I was told with attitude.

1) Tholoshnee, the woman in a man's body, is very rude and arrogant. I was told to go to her for assistant and she literally chased us away like we were dogs in front of the customers. I told her that I was told to come to her and she said that she already told me to go to the next cashier. 2) Majority of the staff on the floor do more talking than assisting, I asked one of them to get down a garment from the hanger( about 2.50m above ground) and she told me to just pull it of the hanger, yet she had the ladder in front of her. 3) I had to walk around with a ladder while the staff members look at me and talk to…

Doesn't stock plus size range like other outlets, when I asked why, I was informed Chatsworth apparently doesn't have plus size citizens. Either their Management needs education about sizes, or an eye test. Was glad that I could find size 9 ladies shoes, their client service at the tills are fast and friendly.
