very impressed , had my audi v8 fsi booked for today, as explained via telephonic conversation i agreed to service with Vinesh. i decided to wait for the service as this was the first time out of dealer repair/ service . As detailed, service parts was present when i had arrived, as he recommended all agents spec parts was used on my audi , his detail to attention as well as passion level surpassed my many years at dealer level experiences.
