The service is pathetic. They don't disclose everything to the customer when purchasing. Owners have a don't care attitude eventhough the fault lies in them. They don't even apologize for their mistake, they just make it seem like you are at fault. Will never support them again and advise others not to as well.
We wanted to purchase 2 meters of lace, they measured the roll and saw that 3.5 metres was left on the roll and then decided they could not sell us the 2 metres because they would not know what to do with the remaining 1.5 metres. I don't know who does business like this.
