Ordered inserts along with blinds and custom sidelights. Got the door insert installed and then they said they'd have to order the custom sidelights which would take 2 weeks which was fine. We ordered the blinds from the beginning, and from the first install it seems the installer and the person we coordinated with don't communicate very well with eachother. Fast forward two weeks, they gave us an install date for Thursday which they then moved to Saturday which they then called us on SATURDAY MORNING to tell us they don't have the full order and now they have to reschedule......the business etiquette is non exis…
