They have a very rude rank manager! I encountered an incident whereby they wanted me to get on to a taxi that takes almost 2 hours to get full meanwhile all there other taxi's are heading the same direction I stay. I refused to that taxi by telling them I'm in a hurry. The rank manager lashed out and told me never to take their taxis again. I'm disgusted by the way they treat passangers.
Simple rule if have never used a taxi of this type you are in for a huge shock
Very long wait. Waited 30 minutes for the taxi to get full eventually my husband had to come fetch me. This is the reason we prefer users.
