Party City - The Reds

This place should get ZERO stars. I went in there wanting to buy loose balloons with helium. I asked for two but was told "we can't sell you two, you need to take at least four". I asked why that is so, would it affect the price in anyway as you have loose balloons and fill each one individually. The woman laughed and said it's better for sales for them to do four. Or I could buy a whole pack, and then they will fill two for me. I left the store and went to the crazy store, where I got my two helium balloons without any fuss. How's that for sale now, Party City??? Fools.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The products are of good quality, just mostly kids costumes.

This should actually be 0 Stars!!! I ask them to add gel in balloons for them to be fine the next day for party. Then 3 of them told me they don't add the gel in this specific balloons (everytime before they did add it in Sep) Now I have a party and balloons laying on the floor. I'm really upset and disappointed.
