The Mulana is very racist. You can't use derogatory words like "bushman" when describing a light skinned black man. When I tell him that I find it very offensive. He doubled down and said it louder and prouder. He even threatened to assault me. The staff is rude when you escalate it to the Mulana, he himself, insults you. After reading the reviews here Google this has been a ongoing problem from years back meaning mistreating customers is their modus operandi.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ismails, and I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here.
My husband and I initially purchased several items for a bathroom renovation and paid for delivery. The following day, I returned to purchase a toilet.
