Terrible experience, suggest you avoid using them. It seems just 1 person manages the phone and they are not always available. The requested order was of poor quality and incorrect tshirt requested. Fixing the issue is NOT their priority to retain customers.
Poor service and terrible work, I went to pick up a birthday stand with balloon set up. I had advised them of the time of collection yet they messaged me twice when I got there I found that they had forgot to add the word 'BIRTHDAY' on the board. Like how can that be possible? When I asked the lady who was there she said she didn't make the board and didn't know how to make those stickers. I was terribly angry and she called her boss immediately. Firstly they do not respond not time. I had to phone them and message more than twice to confirm my order. When i had confirmed my order i was left ghosted when will i receive my order and what is the method of payment. It seemed as if i was chasing them to get my order and almost had to constantly check if my order can be made or not. They really need to work on their communication skills and get answers to customer timeously. The product made was correct but it was of poor quality. The board was not stable and not even cut properly.
