My Phone was stolen last night. The Shop could not block the stolen phone for me today, they couldn't provide me with a temprory hotspot in the shop to collect the information they needed, someone els in the shop was kind enough to assist me with a hotspot. They could not help me with basic technical advice. The lady that assisted me was very kind but seems like the telkom business system tied her hands. Very sad.

16 November we went to upgrade my daughters phone. We got the new phone but it was not opened in the store. When we got home she wanted to do the phone setup and saw that the middle camera of three had a crack. Monday we went to telkom after work to tell them there is a problem with ghe camera. They were unable to get answers dince the manager had to help us and she works from 9 to 5. I took off from work on Tuesday to take the phone back. I sighned the form in store on Sunday that said if there is a problem within 7 days they would replace the phone. The manager told me that they would have to send the phone to …
