I am deeply disappointed and concerned by the conduct of Vault Security staff. Instead of feeling protected by their presence, I have been left feeling intimidated, threatened, and genuinely fearful.

Cancelled with them some time back because I changed residence, Jeremy charged me an extra month and said he would refund me but never did. Vault wanted the new owners details from me for new business but once I gave the details, my query was forgotten. Got tired of calling and being lied to. Would not recommend this company.
