Zero star to the shop, I came looking to buy a sneaker and they told me they kept it for someone else who will come tomorrow to buy it. They basically refused to sell me the sneaker. Bad bad service, what if the person doesn’t return to buy it and someone else besides me gets the sneaker? And I came to visit in Centurion I live in the North West. Poor poor service!
Really upset , tbh .Got 2 left feet shoes tried calling but they do not answer I went to both shops they did not help at all (at centurion) and the other one(mall @ reds) was closed after I kept on calling , Tried calling again and they still don't awnser and got the wrong size too....So please can I get some assistance! Current mood very displeased
I bought a tracksuit at Hammanskraal cash as I didn't have my store card. Came to Reds explained that I want cash and to take the items on account. On two occasions they told me they didn't have cash. The third day I was not having it. They eventually made a plan murmuring. Definitely, I will use the store again for eye shopping and returns. Otherwise their attitude stinks.
