I ordered a laptop battery from them via Bob Shop. When I received the parcel (much earlier than expected), I realised I had ordered the wrong type of battery. I phoned them and they immediately assisted me in arranging for a return courier and the dispatch of the right battery. The return courier came on the same day that I phoned Saturn Technologies, and the correct battery came a mere two days later. I was so impressed and grateful!
Ive been dealing with Saturn Tech for many years , brilliant no nonsense approach to doing business, giving you best advice for what will work for you, and definitely not what works for their profit margins like other companies, will always be my go to computer guys and now even offering top cameras right next door
