I have had the misfortune of having to return here on several occasions, largely because of the late trading hours, which is possibly the only upside of shopping here. Unfortunately, the convenience of being open later than most competitors does very little to make up for the consistently poor customer experience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and come up with quick solutions, for example, they immediately offered to mix the paint color we needed when they were out of stock, instead of sending us to another branch.

Very Bad After-Sales Service – Builders
I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service from Builders Warehouse.
I bought a Ryobi garden blower in January 2025 with a 2-year warranty. The blower stopped working in October 2025. When I took it back to the store, they refused to assist me because I no longer had the receipt.
