I have been with this security company for the past 5 years, and my experience has been very positive. The company is professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards. Management is supportive, and the team works well together to ensure clients receive excellent service.. Due to their fast and efficient service the crime rate has dropped drastically in our area. Thank you Duncan Security for your excellent service and keeping us safe
My cameras stop working spoke to the rep Kyle and he arranged for the tech guys to come and sort out my problem they were very professional and friendly they came and replaced my battery on my DVR and my cameras and happy to say they are now working. Kyle went above and beyond to help me. I am very happy with the service that I get from them. WELL DONE DUNCAN SECURITY.
Yesterday (Friday evening)I had a tyre puncture in Escombe. I started to panic, being female with my kids in the car. An armed response officer drove past and turned back to help me to the nearest service station. He also assisted with the tyre and joked with my kids which calmed them down. He followed us home and made sure we were safe. I am so glad that they keep Queensburgh safe. There are definite perks to having a security company dedicated to our area!
