MTN Store - Pick n Pay Chatsworth

Preston Govender

Great service, and people are really friendly, always willing to help. They have a great range of accessories and also off protection pro which is like the best screen protector for your device. Go inside and check them out

Excellent service from Mubeen. Went there yesterday to get my contract upgraded and what a pressure to walking in and be helped straight away. They know their products and listen to your needs. Very impressed. Unlike the chatsworth center mtn, were u wait in question for so long and then get wrong information. This branch, was great, with excellent customer service. Thank you guys. 👍

The manager Moos or whatever his name is, is extremely rude, lacks basic customer service! Lacks empathy and speaks over his customers. He is a terrible representation of MTN or whatever is left of it. When policy is not followed by his staff he will tell you straight that he will not take responsibility and does not even try to assist. Uh no you are the leader and should take responsibility as it is your store!!! Then you should deal with your staff accordingly.
