When I first got my gaming pc, it had issues with blue screening randomly. I went to Lee and we spent almost 2 hours troubleshooting, trying to figure out the cause. We were unsuccesful but he didn't charge me for using up so much of his time and he also gave me a lift home just because it was on the way. Absolute rockstar as far as I'm concerned. PC's since been fixed, but the service I got here was something I will never forget.

Satisfied with my experience. Will admit I unfortunately went to a business prior to IT ambulance who did not meet my expectations, compared to PC repair guys in JHB it was lackluster, however Lee proved that such guys are around in Durban as well. Very approachable and humble guy who will look after your PC and your request. Reasonable prices as well! Thank you IT ambulance.
