Today is my birthday, the 7th of November, I alwaysssss buy my cake from the Woolies in Chatsworth centre, today when I went to choose a cake early at 10am, I was shocked that ALL of the cakes had expiry dates of the 4th, 5th and 6th!!! I didn’t get a cake at all! I took photos and can send it to you, today my birthday was ruined because of this, they had zero cakes that were fresh and all in the glass! Why was it even in the glass? And how many poor people probably bought them today! I will be escalating

The store is clean and convenient, problem is you could wait for 16 minutes to get your full chicken because there is no one to serve you.

Woolworths do better with your advertising and specify that certain specials are only for rewards members. Train your staff on interpersonal skills aswell.
