I used to love this salon so much. But I recently had a really bad experience. I have natural type 4c hair, I came with my own hair washing products. My hair was blowed dried for 45 min it was dry. So much of my hair broke off. I had to wait 3 hours for the salon to get the fibre I wanted. I left without my desired hairstyle. I'd advise people to have their hair washed at home and come with their own fibre to avoid what l experienced. They have definitely lost me as a client.

I got my hair braided for the first time at Black Passion hair salon and if I could give this Salon a 10 star rating I would. From the punctuality of the appointment as well as the follow up. Not to mention the work done on my hair is amazing!!!!!! I am definitely referring my people to this place and people with straight hair wanting to get braids. Professional and affordable.
