worst service by the reception girl. she is rude and unprofessional

Jerry Sylvester

Your sales person Thobeka doesnt know yourls products. I asked simple questions about what the door motor comes with, and she was very annoyed. When I rephrased my question she put the phone down on me. I called back immediately and the receptionist said shes on another call. I asked for the manager and gave my contact number for him to call me about the unacceptable service. 24 hours later im still waiting for the manager Jermain, to return my call. If this is what pre-sales service is like, imagine what post sales service is like.

Absolutely fantastic service and pricing! They even came out on a Sunday to do my installation. Professional work which I would highly recommend. Thank you EG Doors!!!
