I walked into their site office in Umgeni road on Monday. There was one other gent being served by the lone sales rep. He never greeted or acknowledged me. I stood out of the way to let them finish their transaction. Time dragged on, still no greeting or anything..... I wasn't prepared to be ignored like this so I started heading for the door hoping to hear the famous ' Good day, can I help you? ' ..... but nothing. So I left in search of more customer service based trailer rentals.....
