I had the most incredible service from this store and specifically Sabelo Buthelezi. Having had an issue with the OW online ordering system I went to this store to see how the item I wanted could be purchased, even though I know the store did not have stock of the item. I was directed to speak to Sabelo. In short order he found which store had stock, then accessed an internal ordering system, and soon I was told that the delivery of the item, to the store, could take up 2-5 days or as long as 2 weeks. Absolutely terrible service. Came in , walked around for a few minutes, waiting to be assisted. Store was completely empty however none of the staff approached to assist. Three of them were having a meeting in the store complaining to each other about their manager and how terrible working there is. I can only recall one person's name , Shanel , she told me that she was the cashier. I came in to buy some Stanley products but left because of the lack of service. The store offers an incredible selection of camping equipment. This is definitely not a reasonable store. Pretty much everything falls into the R250, R500 or R1000 category. However, they stock things you can't find elsewhere and the quality is great. Also, the staff is not entirely knowledgeable on the products. So it is advisable to research your stuff before visiting. Apart from that, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is well laid out, very neat and easily accessible.
