I would like to commend Sindeka Radebe, Service Advisor at Nedbank Chatsworth Centre, for the excellent service she provided. Sindeka was extremely efficient, friendly, patient and helpful throughout our experience. Our concern took quite a long time to resolve, but at no point did she rush us or make us feel like we were an inconvenience. She remained professional, attentive and committed to finding a solution. Her kindness and dedication made a difficult situation so much easier. Thank you, Sindeka, for going the extra mile and providing such exceptional customer service. Very friendly and professional staff especially Vanessa Govender. She was a God send, helped my mom to open her account after years of not using it. She was super patient with us. Will definitely be referring clients to her.

This is one of the worst branches, this service consultant Jayshree was so rude, abrupt, unprofessional, unpleasant, arrogant, obnoxious. She thinks she works at a bank, she can treat and speak to people how ever she feels likes. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we all know what and who she is.
