Chatsworth Magistrate's Court.

Absolutely disappointing Staff are very rude and unhelpful. You pretty much have to sort yourself out there. I had 3 cases in this court and all were handled in the worst manner. Adjournment frequently. Maintenance court is the worst no support towards us as single mothers. Father's walk in and just say this is what I can afford and it is accepted without investigation. If payment is late they just call the father and accept their excuse no warrant of arrest or consequences.

The staff is unprofessional. I came in to pay for a court fine and was told to wait as the lady had to catch up on her previous days work instead of just processing my payment then continuing with her work I was made to just to pay a fine. This ridiculous they behave like they are doing us a favor by being at work.
