Firstly, you paying a fee of R 160.00. From the receptionist speaking rudely where you don't have a feel to wanting to be there. A receptionist subost to be warm and friendly the representative of any organization. Then you get the doctor who doesn't know how to smile properly at patients. She makes you feel uncomfortable. She keeps 2nd guessing herself by keep asking "Am I correct" All she ever does is give referral letters to go to hospital and makes it sound so serious because she's probably not qualified enough to do her job properly. Terrible experience , wasn’t helped, their staff is clueless about the operations of the place , and not informative about necessary information that benefits the patient . I don’t need a dumb immature response like the previous responses from this place to the honest feedbacks of previous patients who visited this facility . Unprofessional, the doctors should really consider putting educated people to address concerns within the facility not dumb rude clearly uneducated people. Waste of time and waste of money , service not provided

I was at this dr twice with my husband at the old premises they had. I have not been to the new place yet but planning on coming in asap. Dr was so nice and friendly. Didn't have to wait too long medication was given. And at a very affordable price too. Thank you
