Extremely poor efficiency, they close early and have no way of purchasing tokens while closed! A online option should be available for days they are closed. It's 2025 update your customer purchasing system!

Apart from the receptionist, who was incredibly rude on several occasions, after being paid upfront for an install they not only took 2 months to do the job, but also did not arrive 3 times after making appointments to install. I am not one to write reviews, but treated so badly as a client I really hope no one experiences that, and that IMS take a look a changing their customer experience.
