Terrible customer service, wont recommend this business to anyone I purchased a bed from the ballito store about 5 years back ,the store is now closed and the bed needs to be repaired as the springs are failing.... This store has every branded quality bed at such affordable prices, i have experienced all stores in around Durban however i am most pleased with sleeperking chatsworth and this will always be my one stop bed shop when purchasing a new bed. We walked in the store just before closing time, the sales Team Melanie assisted us with the best bed to suit our preferences, speaking to her felt like chatting to chat GBT ! Or AI with her experience. On the day of delivery the owner himself personally not only delivered the bed but set the new bedroom up with his team himself. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company like this. I purchased 2 beds in November and in 2 weeks the beds were shaky and the mattress sunk in, the store failed to contact us and the factory shop offered such rude service. The exchange mattress was damaged and they failed to bring the mattress inside the house which we understood because of Covid however Mrs Moodley was rude and made it seem like we didn't purchase the item and she was doing us a favor by exchanging the beds. The beds have a 5 year service warranty and yet requires to be exchanged after a month which is ridiculous. Poor …
