One of the larger restaurants. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Food is mostly up to standard. They do get quite busy especially at month end. A good place to get away and work remotely.. Also the app comes in really handy - earn enough points and you could have an entire meal free..

This is by far the worst McDonald’s branch I’ve ever dealt with. This isn’t based on one bad experience either — it’s based on numerous orders being messed up over the years. The one thing you can consistently count on with McDonald’s Chatsworth is poor quality. Today, I ordered a few burger meals and a hazelnut iced coffee, which is one of my favourite things from McDonald’s. The iced coffee had absolutely no hazelnut flavour or sugar in it at all. I’m not sure if they forgot to add the hazelnut syrup, but it was honestly terrible and I ended up throwing it away. The chips that came with the meals were unsalte…

This place needs to recategorise itself as a sit-down restaurant. There's nothing fast about this supposed fast food restaurant. You will be waiting for your order for more than 30 mins. Standard. The place is packed with people sitting with their order slips. Something needs to be done with the way this restaurant is run, their kitchen needs serious help.
