I purchased a diamond cluster ring around August and a few weeks later a diamond fell off, I took it back to the store and had a new Diamond fitted on. Although the staff were very helpful assisting its now 2 months later and a second diamond has fell off, the diamond next to the one replaced. It's bad workmanship and I'm traveling so how do I even use a ring with a stone missing? It's unacceptable for the prices you charge for diamonds.

Went to American Swiss Chatsworth. Manager doesn't greet or welcome you. Very rude. sales people are not friendly or helpful. they sit in the room and when they do come out the room they laugh behind your back and don't say a word. just stare and walk around you. It's really disappointing. Will never go back there again. Thanks.

pathetic sales stuff. my husband and i waited almost 20 minutes for a sales person, they walk past customers like no one is there . really disappointing .
