I know someone that went there more then once and each person that “assisted” were utterly rude in someway or another they are unprofessional, arrogant and no care in the world for patients i wish i could give 0 star rating

Today (10-10-19) was the worst day I've ever experienced in this facility, I came there at 8 in the morning for my regular routine but found myself sitting there till half past 2 which was not what I expected from a governmental institute. What I couldn't understand most is people who came after 11hr got served nd went away before me, bear in mind I was with my 3 years old son for such long hours, when u come early they complain that u are early, nd whn u are late they give attitude to why u come at yor own time. I have witnessed a pregnant women been asked to come back at 8am to get assisted.. because when she went at 1,30 it was too late to be attended too...now that Pregnant women must take another days leave..leave home by 6am stand in the line till 7,30 till they open to get assisted by being in the line of the first 10batch..then to sit there for another 2hours to be attended too..by that time she will finish at 11....
