I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the service I received at Spark Pharmacy. This is unfortunately the second time I have experienced extremely poor customer service there, and I feel it needs to be addressed. When I arrived at the counters, there were approximately 3 -4 staff members standing behind the tills, talking amongst themselves. I was the only customer waiting, yet there was no acknowledgement or greeting. I eventually had to ask if I could approach one of them for assistance. Was turned away from the pharmacist in charge at 18:00 on 24 June 2026 as she refused to dispense medication that was approved for payment by my medical aid. Very disappointing customer service. Zero explanation offered .. she basically told me to go to another pharmacy.will definitely change my pharmacy. To add to the above. The next pharmacy I went to gave me zero issues dispensing the chonric medication for my upcoming travel.

Great service, friendly staff, very neat and tidy at all times..... just need some signage for the beauty therapist upstairs, as nobody would know accept her existing customers...
