Always a pleasure going to Time Keepers, the girls are always willing to assist with all My Repairs. Customer service is amazing. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Sad how some customers treat them though. Thanks girls , always a pleasure 😊

Visited the store today.lady was unhelpful.didnt even look at the watch and just said can't repair.i don't understand y they can't view the item or try and put right before saying no.Asked for glass to be replaced on the watch and she said can't. This exact store replaced the same watch glass for me like a year or so ago. They had ordered the glass and then replaced it.very disappointed with the service .

My initial review was borne out of frustration as i felt i was not given the service i deserved. i am somewhat to blame as i could not locate my proof of repair to authenticate when the watch went in for repair. I had a meeting with the owner at the store on my recent visit to KZN from Johannesburg and the owner assured me that an amicable solution will be found in resolving my concern. I have collected my watch after it was monitored for a few weeks and i am happy to report that the watch works perfectly now. Thank you Timekeepers, Chatsworth for resolving my issue.
