I had a very bad experience with one of your gate guards in Torsvale Cres, Somerset Park, Umhlanga on 19/03/2024 at 13.30. I was visiting a language school in that area, and on my way back I drove to the wrong exit of the 2 exits that were there. Our first visit to Esenembe Office Park in Umhlanga Ridge and on leaving the security gate, we did not have a disk to exit the office park. The security guard on duty showed us that we are mad - he took his right hand finger and made a few circles around his head, showing we are mad. What disrespect! I tried to call the Pinetown office to report his behaviour but no managers were available and they apparently don't have a complaints department

I am absolutely livid with this company! 😡😤. My laptop, electronic equipment, ID, driver's licence, passport and wine were stolen out the boot of my car where Imvula 'Quality Protection' guard, at Durban's Electricity Customer Services buildings. One wonders what they think 'Quality Protection' means 🤔. There is a camera by the way where my car was parked. After the ordeal, firstly a security officer of theirs standing less than 20 metres from the spot, told me that it was a light not a camera.
