Board & All

Not sure whether it was still early in the new year but I was impressed with the speed of service for me. I had one piece to cut and edge. Boi processed the quote and payment fast. Because it was one panel, the cutters accommodated it in between the bigger orders. Got it edged and, I think it was "Floren" who checked what the board was for and rounded the edges and the cleaned the board before handing it over. Appreciate the service, guys. Keep it up 👏👏👏

Outstanding customer service from their team. Rishen went the extra km to ensure that everything was cut to size and sorted just as I required. His resourcefulness, skill and willingness to assist a customer was just amazing. Kiran's telephonic assistance and ability to secure the offcut boards for me helped me out of a jam when no other board company could. Well done

The product that I got was really good. But the process of getting it was really stressful. They were extremely unprofessional and seemed clueless about their own pricing. Even when it came to my delivery, it wasn't ready when they said it would be.
