Went to the clinic yesterday and was rejected at 9am in the morning due to capacity being reached. Today I was rejected at 7: 30am as well by the staff because apparently im not showing enough symptoms for a covid test yet I have a referral letter from my doctor with 5 symptoms . I had told the guy that I was in contact with someone who tested positive and that i have a small child. He spoke with attitude saying hes in charge and no one else. The staff then refused a few more people. This is the reason the infections are rising due to negligence by those that are meant to help. Very poor and upsetting service

Absolutely pathetic. I came for a neb. And the nurse told me she can't do anything as long as pressure not checked. Anywhere else u go immediately on a neb. Apparently the nurse who checks pressure in on lunch at 2 45pm.
