I went for blood tests for the very first time and I was so relieved to have no pain but good gentle care and good service from the phlebotomist. She was also very informative. I was so scared before this experience. Thank God it turned out good! The admin staff were efficient, professional and friendly. I just didn't know where to sit to follow for next assistance. They do call though.

I have been to Lancet Lab at Chstsmed Hospital.My visit was short and very professional.The admin staff was very quick and efficient. The plebotomist was also very efficient but not that friendly,Overall it was quite pleasant.

Unfortunately experienced this with every visit. The administrative staff are not friendly. You will be ignored when waiting to hand in your form. Waited long and eventually left my form on the table as instructed on the sign/board, but almost lost my place to another patient, because there is no order. The sign should actually state, fill in details on form and place on the table. I learnt this from my previous visits. They are not helpful or will acknowledge your presence. Pathetic, and it's not a free service. However, the phlebotomist was very friendly and informative.
