Checksave Woodhurst

I was pleased with the excellent prices on their specials but it's evident that they offset that by increasing prices on other items. I found the prices on items like shampoos, toothpaste, the majority of frozen foods to be higher than other supermarkets. The staff however, were friendly & helpful.

This supermarket was recently revamped and the layout is shopper friendly. It is conveniently situated in Woodhurst, and on Sunset Ave. They keep a wide range of groceries and fresh produce at reasonable prices. Pop in sometimes for some of your household needs and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Very disappointed in the staff at the store. The guard on duty doesn't spray our hands with sanitizer upon entry. The staff do not wear masks. Upon my last visit a stuff member was picking his nose. During the covid peak and was touching the fruit and veg as he looked to be working in that department. Disgusting!!!!
